If any of the purchased items is not to your liking, we offer the possibility of returning it.
Return Conditions
In-Store Purchase
- You have until January 15, 2024, to return.
- Only items that have not been used or washed and still retain the original tag are accepted.
- The item must be accompanied by the original receipt or the contact associated with the Sacoor profile where the purchase is registered.
Online Purchase
- You have until January 15, 2024, to return.
- Orders placed using Klarna payment method can only be returned to the Online store.
- Sacoor One items purchased on the Sacoor Brothers website can only be returned online.
Return at a Sacoor Brothers Store
Returns can be made free of charge at a Sacoor Brothers store, with the following exceptions:
- Sacoor Outlet
- Sacoor Blue
- Sacoor Brothers Alameda Shopping
- Sacoor Brothers Gaia Shopping
- Sacoor Brothers Alegro Alfragide
For in-store returns, it is not necessary to fill out the return form. In-store, please approach a staff member and request the return of the items.
Items must be accompanied by the receipt and proof of IBAN.
The method used for returns in-store is bank transfer, which may take up to 15 business days to be completed.
Online Return
If there is no Sacoor Brothers store near you, you can request the return of the item from the website.
You should fill out the return form (see below on how to fill) before sending the order.
Sacoor does not provide free pickups*, shipping and associated costs (Customs tax) are the responsibility of the Customer.
Ensure that the Return label is inside the package. Its purpose is to identify the order and cannot be used as a shipping label.

*Platinum Customers have free pickups; you should respond to the return confirmation email indicating the date available for pickup.
How to Fill the Return Form
1st Step: Fill Out the Online Return Form

Go to Sacoorbrothers.com and log in.

Select "my account" in the top right corner of the site and click on orders.

Below, you will have the option to return.

Choose the item(s) you want to return and select the reason for the return.

If you made the purchase as a guest, you can access the order through the "view order details" button in the order confirmation email.
2nd Step: Place the Item in the Box

Use the original packaging in which you received the order or another cardboard box, provided it is not damaged.

Close the box and seal it with tape.

Ensure the box does not contain any labels, stickers, or other materials from previous shipments.

On the back of the receipt, you can find the address for returning the items.

Shipping the return is the responsibility of the Customer.

Ensure that the Return label is inside the package.

This label serves only as a method of identifying the order and cannot be used for its return.
3rd Step: Refund

After receiving and analyzing the product, we will send you a return notice via email, confirming the receipt of the order.

The refund of the amount paid will always be made using the same payment method used in the purchase.

For payments using Multibanco reference, the refund will be made by bank transfer, completed within a maximum of 15 business days after the request.

Returns made at a Sacoor Brothers store will be processed within a maximum of 15 business days after the request, via bank transfer.

The amount paid for shipping is non-refundable.
