At Sacoor, customer satisfaction is our priority. Here's a summary of our return policy:
- Standard Returns: Eligible products can be returned within 30 days of receiving your shipment.
- Super Sales Event: During this event, returns are accepted within 15 days, exclusively for exchange or refund.
Hassle-Free In-Store Returns
Visit our conveniently located mall-based branches for quick and easy returns and exchanges.
Special Deals Returns
Special deal items are returnable or exchangeable at any of our branches. Please note that price differences may apply.
Returning Click & Collect Orders
For orders placed in-store or through Click and Collect, follow these steps to initiate a return:
Visit the Nearest Location: Head to the nearest Sacoor Brothers store to request a return. Our dedicated team will be ready to assist you throughout the process and address any queries you might have.
Flexible Return Options
Choose how to return your order or items:
- Physical Stores: Drop off returns at our physical stores (excluding Sacoor ONE and Sacoor BLUE locations).
- Online Platform: Initiate returns through our user-friendly online platform.
Step-by-Step Online Returns
Returning items online is easy:
- Log in to your account.
- Click your name in the top right corner.
- Select the order and click "View Order."
- Click "Return" at the bottom right.
- Choose items, enter details, and hit "Submit."
Preparing Your Returns
Follow these steps when preparing your returns:
- Place items in the original box or bag and securely seal it.
- Ensure there are no previous labels or adhesives on the packaging.
- Include the returns label from the printed invoice inside the box.
After initiating your return, we'll schedule a courier pickup from your designated address. Be sure the package is ready at the agreed time.
Guest Checkout Returns
If you made a purchase as a guest, here's how you can initiate a return:
Check Your Email: Locate the confirmation email sent to you after your order was processed.
Click the Return Link: Click on the provided return link within the confirmation email. This link will guide you to the online return request form.
Submit Your Request: Fill out the required details in the return request form and submit it.

Smooth Refund Procedure
Here's what to expect during the refund process:
- You'll receive an email confirmation upon return receipt.
- Allow 7-10 days for the product to reach our warehouse, depending on your location.
- Processing at the warehouse takes up to three business days.
- Expect an additional 2-4 business days for the refund amount to appear on your credit note or original payment card.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer. Please allow an extra 14 working days.
Gift Cards and Credit Notes
- Gift Cards: These are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted to cash.
- Credit Notes: Valid for 12 months, usable online or in our stores. They can't be transferred to other accounts or converted to cash.
- Some items like swimwear and socks are non-returnable.
- Eligible items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, with labels and tags intact, and in their original packaging.
- Footwear, eyewear, and bags must be returned with original packaging and intact tags.
Once an order is confirmed, modifications aren't possible. For size changes:
- Cancel the order and place a new one.
- Receive the order, try the item, and return it for the correct size.
